Know who is at the gate before they walk in

Residents pre-approve guests with a QR code and OTP pass. Guards register everyone else with a photo, the resident answers from their phone, and every entry and exit lands in one gate log the committee can read.

Pre-approved guests walk in with a pass

A resident creates a pass before the guest arrives, with a validity window and, for regular visits, the days and hours it works. The pass carries a QR code and a six-digit OTP and goes out through the phone’s share sheet, so it reaches the guest on whatever app they already use.

At the gate
The guard scans the QR code or types the OTP. Expired passes are refused.
Change of plans
The resident can revoke a pass or share it again at any time.
Wrong codes
Repeated wrong OTP attempts lock the pass.

Recurring passes, such as one for a regular help, are limited to seven days at a time for now.

Pre-approve a guest by choosing how long the pass is valid, how many entries it allows and optional recurring days.

Walk-ins are photographed, then the flat decides

For anyone without a pass, the guard picks the visitor type, enters the name and phone number, chooses the tower, flat and gate, and takes a photo. The flat is notified at once and approves or denies the visitor from the app.

A console built for the guard’s shift

Guards start a shift at their gate and see who is waiting and who is inside. Check-in and check-out happen on a high-contrast screen with large targets. On a patchy network, gate actions queue on the phone and go through when the connection returns.

One gate log, and a blacklist it checks

Every entry across the society lands in one log with the visitor, the flat, the gate and the check-in and check-out times. The committee keeps a blacklist of phone numbers, vehicle numbers and names, and the gate checks it both when a walk-in is registered and when a pass is used.

An SOS that reaches the people on duty

Any member can raise an SOS and say what it is: medical, fire, security or other, with their location if they share it. On-duty guards, the committee, society admins and the society’s SOS contacts are alerted in the app and by a push notification that ignores quiet hours.

Follow-through
Each alert moves from active to acknowledged to resolved or false alarm, and the person who raised it is told.
Repeat presses
Alerts raised again within two minutes are merged into one.
No network
If the alert can’t be sent, the app offers to call a phone number instead.

Parcels handed to the right person

The guard logs a parcel against a flat and everyone in that flat gets an in-app and push notice. With OTP pickup, the parcel is handed over only against a six-digit code, and repeated wrong tries lock it. Parcels sent back can be marked as returned, and logging works offline.
