Flats, households and the people in them

Set the society up as towers, wings and flats with their carpet area; a long list of flat numbers can be pasted in one go. The people directory shows each flat’s occupancy and members, join requests wait for an admin, and residents see their own household and emergency contacts.

Joining
Residents enter the society code; an admin approves them as owner, tenant or family.
Moving
A resident requests a move-in or move-out, and a manager completes it.
Flat lists
Paste up to 1,000 flat numbers at a time, each with an optional carpet area.

Family members are view-only in the app today.

Set up towers, wings and flats with a guided four-step wizard.

Roles and permissions that follow the person

Admins assign committee, accountant and guard roles to members and invite flat owners by their Qviple username. Every change is checked on the server against the person’s society and permissions, so a role’s limits are enforced, not just hidden. Someone with several roles switches between them from the app bar.

Claim codes
A new admin or flat owner can also redeem a one-time code, valid for 30 days.
Safeguard
The last society admin can’t be removed.
Admins grant committee, accountant or guard access to any member, with high-access roles clearly marked.

Domestic staff, checked in at the gate

Maids, cooks, drivers, nannies and other help are linked to the flats they work for, and each gets a pass code. The guard checks them in and out by typing the code, and the committee sees their attendance. Society staff are recorded with their designations.

Attendance
Every check-in and check-out, and a staff attendance report.
Record staff attendance with a pass scan or code, and manage the staff roster.

One directory for every vendor

Keep the society’s plumbers, electricians, security agency and suppliers in one directory with their category, contact, GSTIN and a rating. Payments to a vendor are recorded in the ledger, and a vendor you stop using can be deactivated and brought back later.

Assets, with their service history

The asset register holds each lift, pump or generator with its location, purchase date, warranty and AMC vendor and end date. Each maintenance log records the work and its cost, and the cost is booked as an expense automatically.

Warranties
The register counts warranties expiring soon.

Documents shared with exactly who should see them

Upload bylaws, NOCs, circulars or a flat’s paperwork as PDF or image files and choose who can see each one: the committee, all residents, or a single flat. Sharing sends a notification, and downloads go through links that expire.

Parking slots, allocated and on record

List the society’s car, two-wheeler and visitor slots, or import them as a list, and allocate each slot to a flat with its vehicle number. Violations are reported against a slot, and each resident sees only their own allocation.

Notifications, languages and themes

Every member gets one notification inbox with preferences by category and quiet hours, and pushes on Android, iOS and the web. Each person picks English, Hindi or Marathi, and the app follows the phone’s light or dark setting, with 28 themes to choose from.
